Trade unions
A Point of Reference for Logistics Workers
As part of the Ethical Logistics project, offices of the main national trade unions have been established within the Bologna freight village. These offices provide workers with contractual, tax and legal assistance, patronage services, and support with immigration procedures.
Through this initiative, logistics workers have access to qualified guidance and concrete support directly on site.
Available Services

Contractual and trade union assistance
Payslip checks, verification of contract type, job level and role -
Labour disputes
Support in cases of pay discrepancies, dismissal appeals, disciplinary proceedings and legal disputes -
Patronage services
Assistance with NASpI unemployment benefits, family allowances and maternity benefits -
Tax assistance
Support with income tax returns (Form 730 and single tax return), ISEE calculation, calculation of contribution years for pension purposes, and the single universal child allowance -
Immigration desk
Support with residence permits, family reunification and citizenship applications
