Security
A fully fenced site equipped with 45 surveillance cameras strategically positioned throughout the area, access gates featuring INTERPASS technology, vehicle entry and exit monitoring systems, and an operations centre ensuring rapid response whenever required.
Quality
Interporto Bologna ensures consistently high standards across the services offered within its infrastructure, supported by ISO 9001 certification. The management company also carries out regular, targeted customer satisfaction surveys to identify services to be further enhanced and developed.
Research and Development
The freight village relies on an in‑house team of specialist professionals providing advanced consultancy services, ranging from city and reverse logistics to the planning and marketing of sustainable transport solutions.
Information Technology
Interporto Bologna is fully cabled and provides advanced ICT services. All warehouses are connected to a high‑performance fibre‑optic network, enabling: High‑speed data transmission, access to European and international databases, information and digital services, email services, centralized management of security systems, intrusion detection and fire alarm systems, entry and exit control through INTERPASS technology.

- 448,000 m² of woodland created and donated to the Municipality of Bentivoglio (approximately 30,000 trees)
- 457,000 m² of internal green areas
- 160,000 m² of warehouse roof space covered by photovoltaic systems
- Three noise barriers (total length: 2 km) and sound‑absorbing asphalt
