In August 2019, compared to the same period last year, truck traffic to and from the freight village increased.

Rail traffic, on the other hand, went slightly down.

However, August is a particular month in the freight transport sector and it is likely that the dynamics may undergo extraordinary changes.

Compared to the previous month, in fact, the decrease in all traffic sectors is expected and due to the closure of activities for the summer period.

The cumulative result for the period remains positive both at road and rail level, with growth peaks of almost 20%, as in the case of railway wagons.
