CAMARG project (Clusters of innovative Zero-km Agrofood MARketplaces for Growth), funded by the European Interreg MED Programme and concluded in December 2019, has been selected for an online publication on climate change and a greener Europe, issued by Interact (in the Interreg Programmes framework, an organization that plays a strategic role in activities supporting territorial cooperation through the promotion of exchanges of experiences, information and innovation).
The Project, coordinated by Consorzio IB Innovation, a research spin-off of Interporto Bologna SpA, through an advanced web solution, has developed a model of sustainable distribution of agro-food excellences based on the 0-km philosophy to provide support to local producers to tackle the competition of mass retail.
