InlandLinks.eu is a portal developed by the Port of Rotterdam in collaboration with the Association of Inland Terminal Operators. InlandLinks.eu has been developed for shippers and logistics service providers, and for anyone who wants to make use of sustainable transportation and wants to find out more about what options are offered by container logistics.
The user can quickly and easily select a terminal that best fits in with his cargo flow and your specific needs. It is also possible to compare terminals with one another. All the selection criteria have been independently tested and assessed by the Lloyds Register.
It is also possible to search for a terminal based on location alone and general information about the terminal, such as its opening times, size and facilities.
The user can receive an overview of the terminals in the location in question and/or the terminals in immediate proximity.
The Bologna Freight, and in particular its rail terminals owned by RFI and operated by Terminali Italia, is the first and currently the only Interport in Italy recorded on InlandLinks.
Together with other 73 terminal contributes, therefore, to create a platform of support for the "transport and logistics decision makers" for the management of existing and future traffic.
The terminals involved are tested once a year on five quality criteria by the internationally renowned certification agency Lloyd's Register:
1. Service provision;
2. Accessibility and connectivity;
3. Safety and security;
4. ICT & Customs;
5. Sustainability;
The terminal of Bologna Freight has passed the audit on April 18, 2014.
